Boat and Parts Marketplace is a billboard-style platform that allows users like you to buy or sell boats, boat parts, boat trailers, boating equipment, boat rentals, and related services.

User Verification and Security

Boat and Parts Marketplace takes reasonable steps to verify user email addresses and phone numbers using a third-party service provider to enhance security. We also implement industry-standard security measures to protect the platform from cyber threats. However, we do not guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access, data breaches, or hacking attempts.

User Content Responsibility

Boat and Parts Marketplace does not verify or take responsibility for the content published by users. It is your responsibility to review and verify any content, listings, or information shared between you and other users, including buyers and sellers. While we strive to remove content unrelated to the boating industry and enforce platform policies, we are not liable for any user-generated content.

Privacy and Data Protection

Boat and Parts Marketplace does not share your personal contact information (such as your email, phone number, or name) with third-party data companies without your consent. However, Boat and Parts LLC reserves the right to share general user activity data for analytics and platform improvement, without including personally identifiable details.

Transaction and Payment Responsibility

Boat and Parts Marketplace does not charge a commission on sales. Instead, we operate on a flat-fee model for listing services. We do not sell any products or services directly, nor do we facilitate payments, transportation, insurance, or warranties. Any transaction, agreement, or dispute between buyers and sellers is solely their responsibility.

Advertising and Promotion

To enhance the visibility of your listings, Boat and Parts Marketplace offers a keyword-based system that allows you to optimize your ads for better online exposure.

Advertising Terms and Cancellation Policy

No Guarantee of Results

The Advertiser acknowledges and agrees that the Boat and Parts Marketplace platform does not guarantee any level of interest, engagement, or sales from users as a result of advertising placements. The platform provides advertising space only and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance or outcome of any advertisement.

Advertising Cancellation Policy

The Advertiser may cancel an advertising order within seven (7) calendar days from the date the order was placed. Any cancellation request submitted after this period will not be eligible for cancellation.

Payment Cancellation Policy

The Advertiser may cancel and request a refund for the advertising payment within seven (7) calendar days from the date the advertising order was placed and paid. After this period, all payments are considered final and non-refundable.

Acknowledgment

By submitting an advertising order, the Advertiser confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.

Platform Rights

• Boat and Parts Marketplace reserves the right to cancel or remove any seller or user from the platform at any time, without the need for explanation or justification.

By listing my products or services on Boat and Parts Marketplace, I agree to abide by these rules and regulations.

Policy Updates

Boat and Parts LLC reserves the right to update these user regulations and policies at any time. While we will notify users via email about significant updates, it is your responsibility to review the latest terms on our platform.

Seller Rules and Regulations

As a seller at the Boat and Parts Marketplace, I commit to the following:

1. Accurate Listings

• I will advertise my products or services with honest and accurate information, ensuring that all descriptions, prices, and details are truthful and transparent.

2. Commitment to Transactions

• I will honor my agreements with buyers and complete transactions professionally, including handling all aspects related to product or service conditions, quality, pricing, and terms.

3. Responsibility for Sales

I take full responsibility for any sale, transaction, or agreement made between me and the buyer, including but not limited to:

• Payment processing
• Product delivery and transportation
• Insurance and warranties
• Resolving disputes directly with the buyer

4. Liability Disclaimer

• I acknowledge that Boat and Parts Marketplace and Boat and Parts LLC are not responsible for the accuracy of my listings or any issues arising from my sales.
• I take full responsibility for any errors, misrepresentations, or disputes related to my products or services.

By listing my products or services on Boat and Parts Marketplace, I agree to abide by these rules and regulations.

Rules and Regulations

Discount Codes and Promotional Offers Policy

Boat and Parts LLC reserve the unrestricted right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to create, modify, suspend, deactivate, or terminate any discount code, promotional offer, or related benefit at any time, with or without prior notice, and without liability to any user, vendor, or third party.

All discount codes and promotional offers are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Boat and Parts LLC.

1. Eligibility and Use

Discount codes may only be used by eligible users or vendors as determined by Boat and Parts LLC. The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or cancel the use of any discount code where misuse, abuse, or unauthorized distribution is suspected.

2. No Stacking Policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, discount codes and promotional offers may not be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.

3. Expiration and Availability

All discount codes and promotional offers are subject to expiration dates and limited availability, which may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice. Expired or invalid codes will not be honored.

4. 100% Discount Code Usage

If a user or vendor redeems a package (including, but not limited to, listings for boats, trailers, parts, banner advertisements, service provider listings, or bundled promotional packages) using a 100% discount code or any promotion resulting in no payment, such access is granted on a revocable, limited, and temporary basis.

Boat and Parts LLC reserve the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate such access at any time, for any reason, without notice or compensation. Upon termination, the user or vendor immediately forfeits all rights to use the package and any associated benefits.

5. Paid Packages

For any package purchased with payment (whether full or partial), the user or vendor is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased services for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing from the date the first listing, advertisement, or service is published on the Boat and Parts marketplace platform, unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Fraud, Errors, and Misuse

Boat and Parts LLC reserve the right to:

• Reject, cancel, or void any transaction involving discount codes;
• Retroactively revoke discounts or benefits obtained through error, system malfunction, or unauthorized distribution.
• Suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, discount codes, or promotional offers shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and users and vendors hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

8. Arbitration (Optional but Recommended)

At the sole discretion of Boat and Parts LLC, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms may be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of South Carolina, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boat and Parts LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use any discount code, promotional offer, or associated services.
