This is a well-cared for C&C 27 pocket cruiser that is ready to sail as fare as you can take her.  She is well equipped and I have a brand new inflatable dingy I can include if the offer is right. Zephyr has been in the brackish water of the St. John’s River for the last 20 years and has been up on a boat lift slip since here last bottom paint less than three years ago.  I’m selling here since I am moving up to a larger boat. She has sleeping accommodations for 4 to 5.  There's a dinette with seating for four that drops down to create a double berth.  She has a midship head with a porta-potty and a sink with freshwater pump.  The V-berth stateroom has a large hanging locker with a ventilation fan to dry off wet gear.  She has a large opening hatch in the V-Berth with a screen and a screen companionway cover for comfortable sleeping.
Zephyr has a new solar panel and all new MPPT charge controller.  She has a retractable Bimini top, life lines, stern boarding latter, wheel steering, three self-tailing winches and three non-tailing.  She has over 100 feet of anchor chain and three anchors, including a plow, CQR and a Danforth.  She has a double reefed mainsail and a roller furl genoa.  The boom is rigged with lazy jacks and is mid boom controlled to a traveler system on the bridge deck.  All the lines are lead into the cockpit and most of the running rigging is new or near new. She has a new whisker pole and other extras like a raw water washdown pump and more.  

The galley is surprisingly comfortable with a two burner stove, sink, large ice box and lots of storage. There’s a foot water pump at the sink that works perfectly and helps save water usage.

She comes with a AutoHelm 3000 wheel autopilot that works perfectly, and comes with a spare actuator motor and belts. There is a USB charging port at the helm to plug in your phone or tablet as a navigation screen.  There is a beautiful large Galaxy binnacle compass at the helm.  There's a simple depth sounder with an in-hull transducer that is very accurate and uses very little power.

She has near new VHF radio with GPS built in and a Uniden hand held VHF that is rechargeable and handy at the helm.  There’s a small inverter in the salon along with a 12v portable chest refrigerator/freezer that has automatic battery saving mode.

All the interior lights are new and are LED. There are new LED cockpit lights and red LED lights for night sailing.  The boat is equipped for shore power connection and has the appropriate breaker system and 110 outlets.
